Above all else gardens are for living in. Even when it is too cold or wet outside, to be in the garden, it can be providing a constantly changing and intriguing view. The design of your garden space can make the urge to venture outside enticing and worthwhile. From inside or out you can see a wide range of wildlife in a balanced garden that you may never have realised is so close to home.
The design of any living area needs to reflect it's owners. This needs to be both in a practical and an aesthetic way. Other important considerations are the style of the house, the surroundings and desirable existing features. An ultimate design will often be quite simple, but account for all of the above, as well as that added something.
Each project can be very different from the next or last. In designing an area a careful survey of soil types, drainage, levels changes etc. has to be made. Depending on the size of a project there may be one or several drawings in the final plans. Whatever the project my initial assessment is without charge in the local area.
I will want to have a good look at the area in question, perhaps take some basic measurements and discuss any ideas you may have. If you do not have any ideas, that's no problem! Through the consultation process agreed in your quotation we will arrive at a design to suit your needs.
